So funny.  I ALWAYS read my labels.  But for soMe reason this morning I only looked at the portion size for the Raisin Bran and weighed it out (faithfully - love my scale).  

I did not preplan my food yesterday for today like I normally do.  OOPS.  Big Mistake.  And that is how I ended up with 190 calories of cereal for breakfast.  Dang!!!  That is without the 1/2 cup of 2%milk.  For 240 calories I could have had a delicious Smart Ones meal that would have kept me fuller a lot longer than the cereal.

A cup of Cheerios is only 100 calories.

I know better, I know better, I know better!

ps.  I rarely have cereal because I am always hungry an hour afterward...

Pre-planning my day is a MUST for my success.  I am going to work on tomorrow's now LOL.
