Hi Melissa, I love your workouts and am excited about completing the DietBet! I am all signed up, verified, and day 1 workout completed!!! I have limited mobility in my wrists, particularly my right...I am unable to extend at all since I had a carpectomy and I am only able to flex my wrist to about 20-30 degrees. I know that you do a lot of exercises with hands on the floor (plank crunches, push-ups, burpees, etc) and it makes it very difficult. Do you know if there are modifications or other recommended exercises I can do???
