Hi all.  I don't know what I was thinking having 3 Transformers at the same time - I guess accountability.  And it has been working great.  I do (for the most part) what has been successful and stay focused on my goals of health, vitality and well-being.

I have 3 weigh-ins between the 26 of July and the 4th of August.  For some reason even though I am ahead of the game on two,  as of yesterday, I still have a pound to go on the weigh in for August 1.  I was starting to get a little stressed out about 1 pound.  Stress will not help, thinking about it won't help, and standing on the scale won't help.

Planning, eating and tracking the right foods, moving my body frequently, keeping a positive mental outlook are the things I can control and will continue my successful journey.  (That and a LOT of water!!!)

So I am NOT going to step on the scale again till Wednesday morning when I do my token weigh-ins and weigh out for my April 26th 3rd Round.

I did shake it up a bit today and actually had Cheerios (original) with 1/2 a small banana and fresh blackberries from our garden this morning instead of my usual protein heavy breakfast.  (aka Smart Ones Ham and Cheese Scramble).

Plan of the Day:

Started the day with a cup of Green Tea then the aforementioned breakfast with a cup of Earl Grey.

Workout (Walking with Leslie DVD), followed by It Works Creamy Vanilla Protein "shake"

Lunch:  Smart Ones Slow Roasted Turkey Breast meal with Paisley Farms 4 Bean Salad.

Workout (Joel Harper Abs), followed by a Gala Apple with Peanut Butter and Cinnamon

Dinner:  Smart Ones Orange Sesame Chicken with Green Beans

Workout:  Physical Therapy exercises followed by final snack of Cottage Cheese

*I continue to follow every workout with some snack with protein within a half hour of working out.
