People tend to let their gaurd down in August. Vacations, celebrations and feeling the hazly lazy days of summer deter folks And then they gain! That is exactly when you SHOULD join a game - helps you stay motivated and on a positive path. Even if you can't lose 4%, I believe it is important to "stay in the game" to help keep some focus and continue to make PROGRESS vs. potentially gaining back unwanted pounds.
