Amanda W. wrote this fantastic post: https://www.dietbet.com/community/posts/general/15888-66-days which has totally inspired me.

I've decided that I am going to work on the next 66 or so days as well. Amanda's post really spoke to me because I am the champion of saying "if not now, when?" of course that sometimes applies to wine and chocolate. So now, for the next 66 days, I am going to focus on staying on track with healthy eating and exercise, both of which I actually enjoy once I get going.

I am slowly starting to run again. I used to love to run, was a long distance runner in high school and happily played the wing position on my high school field hockey team because I got to run up and down the field (weird, I know), but now my knees are shot so I have to take it slow and steady to avoid an injury. So, in addition to walking/running on my treadmill I got my kayak out and will be taking it out on weekends AND here is the biggie... I am getting my bike tuned up so that I can start riding it again. It's been a long time, like maybe 4 years, since I rode my bike. I'm looking forward to it. I'll also be heading back to the gym for weight training 3 days a week. Whew, I think I need a nap after writing that all down :0)

So a big thanks you to Amanda W. for the kick in the pants. I appreciate the inspiration and the motivation.
