Rode my bide today with a friend. While I feel it was a workout, still going to follow my exercise plan. Only because I don't want to break my routine, which I have done in the past. I feel good about the choices I am making with food and my workouts. While I was hoping to lose 3-4 lbs (lost 1.9 lbs.) in week 1, I am not discouraged. I know sometimes it takes time to see results. So, keeping a happy attitude because I do feel more energy and can now walk up 2 flights of stairs without being winded. Happy Days! :)
