I woke up a bit before my alarm and thought, "hey, I could work out!" But I opted to sleep instead.
While running errands I got hungry. Instead of grabbing a chocolate bar, I spent an extra $5 to get cheese sticks.
I decided when I got home I would go for a run. It's been way too long! I downloaded an interval running app and a running playlist. They won't work at the same time. Amid my frustration, I got an important phone call.
Took a break and then tried again. I stopped short of stomping on my phone in frustration (although that might have been an ok workout) and came home. 0 minutes of running completed. 15 minutes of slow walking.
FAIL.
I'm charging up my iPod and hope to try again this evening. Luckily we have a pretty awesome team here at DietBet, so I'm sure one of my coworkers will 'cover me' while I put one foot in front of the other.
