Learned two things after barely completing only round 1 of yesterday's Bender Boot Camp workout:

  1. I need to quit smoking. Altogether. There is nothing like a minute of burpees to show you how incapacitated your lungs are.
  2. I am so out of shape my body doesn't even know what "shape" is.

 

This is ridiculous! How out of shape I am! I'll either attempt round 2 of the Boot Camp workout tonight or chicken out and go for a walk or do some yoga. I'm also going to the grocery store to load up on high-fiber, low-fat, high protein food to restock my fridge with.

I guess my new goal will be to complete both rounds of one workout without feeling like the Grim Reaper is breathing down my neck.
