OK so just signed up for my first diet bet and I'm pretty excited about it! No turning back now! 4 weeks to lose 7+ lbs and keep it off. Sounds easy, right? So why haven't I done it already?? I usually do great my first week of a new plan, then I get lazy and slack off and end up right back where i was or worse. Time to get motivated and focused!!
