Procrastination! Story of my life!!! :) If I feel like I want to relax when I get home from work, I sometimes will give myself a few minutes, but when I really don't feel like working out, I march directly upstairs, and change into my workout clothes. I may or may not then allow myself a few minutes to unwind, but getting ready to workout always helps me to get in gear! Find what works for you. Whether it's a timer... or an outfit, or a song, or something to be in a routine! Well done on all the winnings btw!
