Had a very productive day today!
I made L and myself a healthy breakfast, resisted the temptation of M&Ms in my backpack, and made it to my 10,000 steps daily goal.
Unfortunately lunch & dinner were not as healthy-lunch was pretty good but was ruined by snacking on chips, and dinner was dining hall mac & cheese (lol!)
Overall, according to myfitnesspal I went 73 calories over my goal but I was able to balance it out when I went with L to the gym for a quick run.
Hopefully I can get to bed at a decent hour--long day tomorrow so I probably won't make it to the gym, but today was a good start overall.
