Started my first Diet Bet today with Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans.  I have been following on the outskirts for some time....and my jeans are doing everything but shrinking.  I have "busy" body syndrome.  I have 1/2 marathons on the horizon and have run 6 in the past.  I also have an IRun4 buddy and an IRun4 Sibling.  They help keep me on track because I post my runs/workouts for them.  Lately though, my training is horrible.  My job keeps me pretty busy and I shamefully admit that I can always find something to do, other than exercise.  My diet is questionable but not attrocious.  

Today I went all in and joined the next DietBet10.  It's all or nothing with the big 4-0 on the line!  So lets go!  Join me on my journey.
