I've been going to physical therapy twice a week. It certainly seems to be helping! I have two additional physical therapy sessions approved for the remainder of this year. I'm getting ready for the holidays! Are you getting excited about going to visit your family for the holidays? When do you leave? Our church (Fallbrook Church) is celebrating Formal Sunday this coming Sunday, 12/11/2016. I bought a LBD (little black dress) for the occasion, which has BOLD crystal-like stones as the neckline. I got it at Ross at a BARGAIN price!!! Today I was VERY flattered when a YOUNG man spoke to me at the corner gas station and proceeded to tell me that I have a great smile that "should be on Apple Bottom". I think those are jeans baby Nelly. Then he said, "Hey are we gonna go out later?" I told him, "I have CHILDREN older than you!" He responded, "I have BABIES older than YOU!" I said, Do you know that I'm almost 60 years old?", then I got in my car and drove home. I must admit that I was extremely flattered, considering I'm an OLD grandmother of four!!! It did make me feel good though. When I told my 34 year old daughter about it, she said, "Ma, you still got it!" I was wearing blue jeans, brown boots, a long-sleeved rust colored top and a black sleeveless pullover top at the time. I still have more weight to lose though. As of this morning, I weigh 153.2 lbs. I would like to weigh 145 lbs by 12/31/2016. Wish me luck!!! I'll keep you posted of my progress. YOU,
Erica, YOU GOT IT GOING ON!!! You had a young PYT tryna holla at you!!! YOU GO GIRL!!! I WANNA BE JUST LIKE YOU WHEN I GROW UP!!! LOL!!! I know you felt good!!! I always feel good when a young tenderoni tries to talk to me. I always tell them that I'm old enough to be their mother, & they always say that age ain't nothing but a number!!! LOL!!! Yeah, but it depends on how old he is!!! LOL!!! If he's 35 & up, he's fair game!!! LOL!!! Erica, that dress sounds very pretty. I know you're gonna look SMASHING in it!!! Have a great time!!! :-) You still have 25 days to lose 8.2 pounds. Girl, YOU GOT THIS!!! :-)
