FIND ways to get what you want without it killing your diet.... for me taste is a lot of it. (AND CRUNCH)... but I want to eat my calories not drink them... so I eat skinny girl popcorn, pretzel rods, pickles, fiber one brownies, fiber one cinnamon roll snack, trail mix, peanuts stuff like that... and sometimes I'll go overboard on them but I do know its not killing my diet... you'd be amazed at how pretzels and soda will fill your stomach!!! at first take ziplocks and divide the food up... so you know what a serving is... then after a while you'll know... Another trick is crystal lite in my water I get so I want the crystal lite and really do well with drinking that way! ALSO GURL, stick with the bouncing and the steps you are doing so well.... make a deal with yourself, add a new exercise every week or every other day... and KEEP ON KEEPING ON... so we can KEEP ON GETTING THE POUNDS OFF!
