I'm in one of your Dietbets and I saw you shared this. My job involves sitting all day as well and I have been struggling with my motivation lately. Every sport I try to pursue, I injure myself and have to move on to the next thing. I am a yo-yo dieter, used to be over 200, lost a bunch of weight, but find myself slowly gaining again.
