Tia! You've got this! Your friend is right - you keep coming back. And every time you come back, you know a little more than the time before. That's what I'm figuring out, anyway. I'm back here too, but by this point, I'm a near-expert food prepper and know what workouts I need to be doing (none of those were things I was knowledgeable in before that first Transformer). Are you in a game now?

I weigh-in today. I'm a habitually-bad food prepper, but I do know what to do. And as for workouts, when I stopped working out most recently, I had been lifting (heavy!) weights, squatting and deadlifting with 95lbs and steadily improving. Now, back at ground zero as far as my endurance for those things, I'm at least not terrified to hit those parts of the gym. I used to be a cardio-and-a-couple-of-weight-machines girl, now I'm bold and I lunge around the free-weights area and do squats on the BOSU and all kinds of stuff. And I know how fast that endurance builds back up-- muscle memory is cool. So away we go!
