You are doing great!Losing 4lbs in couple of days is really normal when you start eating less - most of it is probably water - but it still is a progress. I think that many feel the same: starting strong and after a while, it fades out - especially if the progress stops.My best recommendation is not only use scale to measure progress but also measuring tape or some jeans that are way too small at the moment. Body goes through changes while we diet and it's not always been reflected on scale. So when your progress apparently stops - take out measuring tape or old jeans and see if the scale is correct.Eating every 3 hours: that is challenging at times, but don’t beat yourself up, if the period is longer than 3 hours, just try to eat as often your schedule allows. I prep my meals in the morning and most of the days I manage the 3 hour, some days I don’t. Some days I come home with almost all my meals because of the busy schedule. Now I have alarms on my phone, since there is way too much I have to get done at the office, so I need to remind me to eat. If that’s your challenge as well – consider some sort of reminder – so even if everything seems to go nuts at the office (like in mine), you can grab something and fuel yourself.Good luck crushing your goals!
