Your post is something I could have written myself a few years ago. Since then I've fallen in love with hot yoga (great calorie burn, builds muscle and is calming like meditation - all things I need :) ) and started following a high carb, low fat, plant based diet (Starch Solution is one example). My tummy is happy now and I have so much energy! My issue now is in making time to meal prep and get to yoga ;) Good luck on your journey!!
