If you are looking for a low calorie lunch that warms you up and protects you from flu and cold, go ahead to my SOURKRAUT SOUP recipe :)
(nutrients and ingredients down bellow):

To make 2 (giant) bowls of soup you need:
- 2 tbls oil
- large onion
- 20g of rye flower
- vegetable stock (or a stock cube and some hot water)
- 400g "sauerkraut" (pickled cabbage, Wallmart has it)
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 pieces of Allspice
- 100g yoghurt of your choice (I use greek)
- 100ml milk of your choice
- 400g potatoes

Start by chopping the onion into medium size cubes. Then fry them in the pot with some oil on medium heat until they soften. Add the flour and let it fry off a little. Slowly add some stock to create a roux of hot pudding consistency. Add the sauerkraut, bay leaves and allspice and even more stock to reach your desired consistency. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes.

In a separate pot boil pealed and diced potatoes with a little salt. When the potatoes are cooked, rinse them and add to the soup as soon as the sauerkraut turns soft (to a bite).

Take the pot off the heat and add milk a yoghurt. Add salt and pepper to taste.

OPTIONAL: Some people also add fried sausage slices, boiled eggs or chopped dill into their soup.
