Ugh, I know it's time for me to sweat :/ I managed to lose close to 4 lbs in my first week just by dieting, but now it's time to step my game up. The plan? To write down my workouts & food intake to stay accountable: starting today? Nope. Starting tomorrow! lol, so here's my last "diet only" blog:

 

b-fast: organic, flax seed tortilla chips & salsa (I know, weird- but I was craving chips & salsa) 430

lunch: organic, flax seed tortilla chips & salsa (I know, this is not technically "lunch" but it was delicious) 430

Dinner: green smoothie with banana, kale & organic orange juice. 230

 

Today was just one of those days. Can't wait to come back with a blog about how I'm fitting exercise in :-)
