I'm awful, because once again I've turned to chocolate knowing i'm not having it for a month. Nothing but brown rice, vegetables and fish in my basket but then last minute I run back in to buy chocolate. I once went 4 years without any chocolate, not even an ounce of anything remotely even chocolate flavoured, and now I binge on it. So bad! I love healthy food, but it's like self sabotage. I aim to lose 100lbs (slowly) but I need to mentally sort my head out and deal with stress without resorting to eating bad things. I look forward to joining you on this journey :) high five! let's do this! The pinterest idea is great, I do that too :) xx
