It's true what you said about analyzing what you are doing wrong. Maybe there is sugar hidden in something you are consuming that you don't realize. Maybe your portions are too large. Or maybe you need to change up your routine. I keep a journal and when I have a set back I look at it to see what I did wrong. Usually is pretty clear to me after that...good luck - you got this girl.
