As I mentioned in a previous blog post, i've not slept much the past week. More than once i've been two days without sleeping. Sleep is so important to your health, I know, so I guess I better go back to the doctors if it carries on.
I only did one workout (one hour on my treadmill) and I have been eating pretty clean but not 'super clean', so I was slightly less than optimisitic before this weekly weigh in.
I have lost 2.6 lbs though, so steadily on track. Like i've said before, this goes beyond dietbet, but dietbet has given me the push I needed. That extra bit of motivation. I know as i'm so large it will be easier to lose the first lbs, I've never been this large before, 220 lbs. I never thought i'd be over 200 lbs in my life. But a lot happened and I more than neglected myself for the best part of a decade.
I'm so stoked to see that my friend Laura M has joined too! she's been smashing her weight loss goals, and I think joining dietbet will only enhance her already stellar challenge of reaching her goal weight. High Five Lau!
