I have been a memeber of the Dietbet community for just over a week now. My first bet is going very well. I am down 1.2kg/2.6lbs in just six days, leaving me the remaining 3 weeks to drop 2kg/4.4lbs. Very doable.

I wrote a post before about my view that overlapping dietbets is the best strategy for me. I am very excited about starting my 2nd bet.

I am hopeful that I will be able to maintain the momentum I have at the moment and work towards my goals. 

I go back to university tomorrow and I know it will be a struggle- as travelling/moving to a new place/not having your parents buy all your food! is a big change. But I believe I have done all that I can to prepare myself for these things.
