Anything ending in 5 or a 0, right? As of now I'm officially down over 20 lbs!

20 lbs! 

That means I'm 2/3 of the way to my goal, which is another 10 lbs. At most I'd want to lose another 15, but I'm going to take a look at my body fat % at that point and judge from there vs the scale. My goal there is around 18-20% body fat, and then I'm going to focus on muscle growth and overall body recomp.

I've also bravely changed my settings to show my weight to the world. Heeeeee.
