Bahahahahaha i love it. i just became a Peanut butter fan. i have seen a lot of healthy snack recipe that include peanut butter. i think you should have some. you shouldnt let something you love out. you just need a portion control. like i dont let my chocolate out of my diet. i just eat like 1 in 2 -3 days and only 1 mini bar. this allows me to enjoy my diet even more. ps now i know i should try peanut butter on apple and banana hahahahax

Perry, I've gotten better now. I don't eat it often like I used to. Whenever I have a taste for it, instead of eating half the jar, I eat 2 tablespoons, & I'M GOOD!!! You should try it on an apple & a banana. IT'S ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I really like it on a banana better though....... :-)
