That is a picture of reality. You have made the first difficult decision of the journey and you are on your way! Congratulations on your weight loss! It's not easy, but you can do it. Lexi is a great example and there are others that have lost a large amount of weight and have kept it off. Focus on those stories. I love the last sentence - choose LIFE!
