So last week I posted a blog about my plan and I just wanted to give a little update on how it's going.
Last week I met all of my daily goals and all of my weekly goals. I even had the motivation to do a little extra on the weekend. My weigh in last Sunday was 232, after a week of sticking to my goals and meeting them all i lost 2.7 pounds and this Sundays weigh in was 229.3. So happy that my plan is working! Now i just have to stick to it and be sure to make those goals.
This week i have increased my daily goals on my exercises from 3 set to 4 sets and i also added squats. Just after one day my legs are already burning! Excited to see what my weigh in will be next Sunday. I am 73% to goal and weigh in isn't for another 2+ weeks. I've got this!
