Well last week I completed all of my daily goals but I only got 3 out of 12 of my weekly goals. Kind of disppointed but last week was crazy....kids started football and we have football practice 3 nights a week and I started school full time as well. I managed to get 10k steps every day except one but I didn't actually do a walk or work out at all. This week is off to a much better start I have already completed 5 out of 12 and it's only Tuesday. I have weigh in the end of this week for all 3 diet bets I am currently in so I have got to at least maintain but I would really like to drop another pound or two. Last Monday I weighed in at my goal weight which is 226.4 and today I weighed in at 226 even. Still a loss but I know if I would have made all my goals last week it would have been better. But one bad week can not make me throw in the towel. This is a new week and I will do better. Must keep pushing forward......Here's to hoping I weigh in under my goal. I'll let you know how it goes! Hope everyone is keeping their motivation....WE CAN DO THIS!!!
