I thought I had my sugar habit licked, I ended my last diet bet 30 days sugar free and flying high.... then I spent over 2 weeks house-sitting for my parents in a house full of temptations. I showed up with my own food, knowing their diet is very SAD (standard American diet), but found myself rationalizing that I "could handle a small amount without going overboard, just a handful of chocolate chips wouldn't hurt"... famous last words. Now after 2 weeks of potato chips and chocolate and before I bounce all the way back to my former high weight, it's time to get back on track and dietbet will be just what I need to hold myself accountable. I even joined 2 bets this time because no way am I going to lose that much money!
