I am a sugar addict and have been struggling with cutting down my sugar intake. It's true - you definitely need more and more each time to reach that feeling of being satiated. I haven't read much on L-tyrosine, but would be interested to see if anyone else has and how that has worked for them.

Hi, I'm still getting my chocolate on! Just using raw cacao powder in my protein smoothies, sweetended with either a few pieces of mango or 1/2 a banana--delicious!!!
