I am not focusing on the 28 days. I am focusing on today. Just today. So, I am going to get up, shower, eat breakfast, work around the house (laundry, office, paint bench), love on Charlie (dog) and eat lunch somewhere in there. Dinner is going to be a ravioli/spinach concoction. I have ceramics tonight. Somewhere in there I am going to exercise. I could go to the gym and swim after ceramics. I need to change my "could" to "will".

Sign in to CommentI am focussing on today as well! I will keep busy being a Monday, I have a list of things to do! Tomato soup for lunch and roasted veggies and chicken for dinner! Cutting out the glass of wine will be my hardest habit to kick. But I am going to pray to be disciplined!!!!!!
