I am focussing on today as well! I will keep busy being a Monday, I have a list of things to do! Tomato soup for lunch and roasted veggies and chicken for dinner! Cutting out the glass of wine will be my hardest habit to kick. But I am going to pray to be disciplined!!!!!!
