Currently getting to know this site, and found the blog. Why not try to use it for my journey?
I'm 29 years old, from Norway, and way too overweight, so that's why I'm here. I need to change that. I joined a challenge that started today (20.11.17), super motivated for now, but I'm starting this thing with the flu....the joys of working with kids. Also english is my second language, so please don't hate on any spelling or grammatical errors:P
First day has been ok foodwise. I'm not following any specific diet at the moment, but I've been adviced to eat between 1200-1400 kcal each day to lose weight. I wasted a lot of calories on putting slices of cheese on bread this morning :O holy crap, there is more calories in the cheese than in the bread:O Oh well, note to self: use less cheese. For dinner I made chicken and vegetables, easy and tasty.
Edit: Final calorie count of the day: 1242 kcal. Amount of water: 2x 0.7 L bottles of water, so 1,4 L.
