This is my first dietbet and I'm so excited! I really believe this will help me get a jump start on getting back on track with eating better and working out more. I'm excited about having support and giving encouragement to those who need it.
I was in such good shape this spring while I was training for my first 10K - but then right after I got a cold (which turned into a sinus infection) I felt awful and I couldn't work out. So I started eating and that has pretty much lasted the whole summer. I've gained 15 pounds....ugh!
BUT - I'm ready to work hard and get back into shape! I've got a couple 5Ks at the end of the month that I'm really looking forward to.
I'm can't wait to run and train during another beautiful MN fall!!
