I am super excited to have found this challenge :) I am a mother of three crazy children 9, 7 and 3. I also teach kindergarten! These two things alone keep me very busy....so busy I don't feel like I have time for ME! So I am praying this group helps push me to make that "ME time" I need to stay healthy!!!

I teach preschool part-time (after being a 2nd grade teacher a few years ago) and that's exhausting enough right now, haha! Full-day kindergarten is the toughest job! At least you get a lot of steps throughout the day ;-)I'm so glad that you've decided to bet on yourself and your health. Time to take some time for yourself after giving everything to your class of kiddos and your own children!Let's make 2018 an amazing year! :-)
