This is my third dietbet. I did lose a little in my first one, but not enough to win. I make corporate baked goods packages. Fortunately, December was very busy, but between the constant sugar in the house and not having time to cook nutritional meals, I was lucky to only regain the few pounds I lost. Anyway, I think my first mini goal will be to exercise 5 to 6 days a week. I am usually good for 3-4, so hopefully I will squeeze in the extra workouts. Yesterday (12/31)I did 40 minutes on the EFX, but I didn't officially start cutting my food intake since we had a New Year's party at night.
I have been tracking my eating habits the last few days, though. If I eat something that isn't diet friendly, it is usually between 3 and 5 in the afternoon. I am going to try to come up with a planned snack for that time of day. I will think of something tomorrow.
