Well, after freezing when I went outside and seeing all the yummy photos of soup, I decided to make some every week that I play. Since I work from home, I think it will be a great low-calorie snack during my 3:00-5:00 hungry hours when I usually eat the wrong things. Everyone gets home in my house late, and we try to eat supper as a family.
Anyway, today went within the right calorie range, and I managed to exercise more than I did yesterday. We will see what tomorrow brings. Hubby is doing this too, so we are having a friendly competition.
