Starting a new fitness challenge with coworkers. I have also started with Whole30 Nutrition Program. It allows me to consciously be aware what I eat for breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner. 

Good news, my hubby is onboard with me with the Whole30 Program.

So far, i have to be aware of sugar and processed flour product such as breading and over marinated meats (such as chicken katsu).
