In the afternoon, I went to 60-min vinyasa yoga and I'm proud i did. Then after work, i did another workout (I call Body Power - it is like circuit training/HIIT workout; 30 seconds one exercise and 10 seconds rest or transition to the next station).
This morning (4/4/2018) I woke up with a feeling of knocked by a train. That is what i get for not working out for a while.
I know it should be good for me, but i enjoy workout that improved my body yet gentle. For example, yoga was a way to get awarenss of my body (tightness or weakness) and it gives me a list of things to work on.
Cardio, i understand it good for me, yet I don't find it is an enjoyment. However, I like the challenge to improve my VO2. As I get older, my body needs to get better than my heart. That is my to-do list -- to improve the body condition while the heart gets better as well. At the moment, I'm nervous about Hapalua Half Marathon on 4/8/2018 Sunday.
