What is the goal you set for calories a day? if I may ask.

That is totally doable. Do you have a certain break down for each meal as well?

I eat five times a day and try to make the caloric distribution fairly even. It usually works out to be 300-400 per sitting. A vegetable or fruit with almonds for a PM snack turns out to be the same calorie value as a full meal oftentimes.
