One of my goals is to also start getting a workout in before everyone gets up too, we will see how that goes, having a newborn and all!Glad we are in this challenge together, you are going to do great!
Yes we will !As far as an ???? idea, I am big on having to enjoy my exercise! I decided for the mornings I get up and exercise I am going to put some music on - in my headphones of course- and dance it out! *note- I am by no means a dancer but really get into it* I think it will help my mood for the day and if I have to stop unexpectedly its no harm done and won't be left with a feeling like I didn't finish my workout.You had mentioned intense exercise so this might not be your thing, but I think it is something I am more apt to stick to for a long time.
I’ve been dreaming of making a new playlist - have done that for a few years now. Music makes all the difference!! And just moving first thing in the morning with great, fun music, really sets the tone, on a most positive note! for the day!! LOVE THIS!! Thanks for the reminder :-)
