But it’s great that you joined a community of people who are on the journey with you and will encourage you. I will post my personal workout plans along with a general meal plan you can follow if you choose. Of course, you can adjust as needed. I will also post some of my favorite clean eating recipes. Please challenge yourself over the next 4 weeks so that you can reach your goal and be proud of yourself! Also, it’s not too late to encourage your friends and family to sign up. This isn’t just about “dieting”. Dietbet is a way to kickstart your journey to be the best you can be. Our bodies are not garbage cans, focus on giving your body a break from processed foods, over-eating and anything else that is stressful to your health! Clean eating, portion control and exercise should become a part of your daily lifestyle, not just for 4 weeks! So, let’s do this together! I want to see all of you win!
