Here we go.... my first Diet Bet.

Since my second child was born 8 months ago, I have put on about 10kg. I stopped exercising, slept less, ate poorly and alot of stress from a new job.

I've been looking for a way to keep myself motivated and help me lose some serious kgs. I am not in this to win any money, but I am keen to not lose any :-).
