Two steps forward, one step back. You definitely are fortunate to be able to do work from a vacation spot, and it's hard to stay on track and still feel like you enjoyed it when enjoyment and relaxation is linked to food. Hopefully, you let yourself enjoy those evening meals and daytime snacks. What's great about this is you were able to switch over from vacation eating mode to your normal lifestyle mode when you got home. That's hard to do, so kudos and ... Yes! You can make up that lost ground. Usually that recent stuff comes off quick. ;-)
