Hello! Im new here!  This is my first dietbet and I hope to succeed!   So far, I have tried the gym, cleanses, diets....I have lost weight but I always end up quitting and gaining it all right back.  Im not at the heaviest I have ever been, but im up there.  I want a healthy and active lifestyle, but up til now I have apparently not wanted it enough to fight for it!  I will deffinately need the motivation!  Lets do this!
