I have been struggling with my weight since I was a teenager.  I've lost weight and gained it back over the years because of overeating and not shedding my weight from pregnancies.    Add to that, the start of taking Prednisone for my Polymyositis and my weight really took off from there.  I have been following Weight Watchers off and on since 2010.  I have lost 32 lbs. and want to lose at least another 65 lbs. so that my BMI will be in the normal range.  I do really good for a while, then I lose my motivation.  Since I'm such a big fan of Chris and his Extreme Weight Loss show, which I never miss, I thought what better way to keep motivated than with the help of Chris and Heidi.  I must admit that exercising is a struggle for me because of my Polymyositis.  I am not able to do regular workouts, so all my exercising has to be modified.  I also struggle with consuming all the water I should be drinking, so I am slowly increasing my ounces every day.

So here I am, about to take on this new journey and make my new eating and fitness routines my lifelong goal.  Like my photo says, "Focus on a lifestyle that will last forever" and that is my goal.  With my Weight Watchers calculator, my 21 Day Fix containers, my FitBit One and my exercise DVDs, exercise chair and recumbent bike....I AM READY!!!!
