I liked your blog...I can relate to being a dieting teenager, though I was hardly overweight at between 115-135 until I was 18. I got prego at age 20/22 and gained a lot. I lost it all and maintained in my twenties at 125. I created some bad yo-yo habits for myself over the last 10 years and now feel it at 40 ( later in life 3rd baby, a back injury, and health problems contributed). I don't want to know what 50 feels like if I don't get fit again. Good luck to you...let's cheer each other on!!!
