Heidi and Chris,, I need your help! I am .6 away from goal. I am so confused as to drink more water or not any for the next 24 hours to make goal. I usually try to drink a gallon a day and I love my water but am a bit worried about my goal. I am staying away from salt and due to my schedule won't be able to fit exercise in tonight. Can you help me figure this all out so I am down tomorrow. My meals for today consists of egg whites with berries, salad with turkey ground meat and veggies, and dinner is a chicken breast and veggies ( asparagus)

How does DietBet and Transform work together? I love your Transform program but it isn't helping me win DietBet as I am struggling to get my weight to go down. The only way I have a chance of winning is to stop Transform until after DietBet is over.

Doing my best for my workouts. Six days per week! Cardio six, weights 3 days. Going well I think. Reading the new Extreme Transformation and what hit home was the chapter about keeping promises to yourself and learning that I am worth the effort. This week had some major stressors and sure didn't want to hit the gym after work. I went anyway and EVERY time, it helped my mood. Hopefully that keeps the cortisol down? Just love you, Chris and Heidi and thanks for believing in me.

I just wanted to say thank you both so much for hosting this dietbet - it has been my first, and it was exactly what I needed to get back into a good frame of mind to be healthy. Between your posts and tips (TY!!!!) and the encouragement of the other players i've been overwhelmed :) I even signed up for a Transformer that just started ... thanks for giving me the jump start I so needed!!!

Can you please start another Dietbet. I missed out on the current one and just know I cannot lose 4% in the days which are remaining. I participated in your Shape Up for Summer with Heidi & Chris Powell dietbet and absolutely loved it. You both are soooo very inspiring!!!!
