So day 1 wasn't bad nor good.  

 

I had my datorade in the morning(3:45am).  Than had a small cup of Mexican rice at 5:00am(I usually eat large ones so it's a progress lol).  For snacks, I had grapes(8:00am) and crackers(9:00am).  After work I had 3 steamed potatoes for lunch(12:30pm), than for dinner I had 2 pbjs, sauteed asparagus and a home grown tomato(6:30pm).

 

And no, I did not workout.  Which is terrible!  And I must stay away from gluten as much as possible.  But those pbjs were so good!!  Ugh.  

 

But day 2 will be better.  I have no one to blame but myself.
